A TITAN will be required to perform the following:

Fitness

  • Running on the spot
  • Jumping on the spot
  • 5 X Squats

Coordination

  • Standing on one leg for 10 Seconds

Focus

  • Maintain eye contact with the kick pad

Martial art skills

Kicks
  • Front Kick
  • round kick
Blocks
  • High Block
  • Duck
  • Jump
Strikes
  • 1-2 Punch (thumb tucked in correctly)
Stances
  • Fighting Stance
  • Horse Stance

Confidence

  • KiHap (Shouting on kicks punches)

Mobility & Agility

  • Ladders  (in & out)
  • Ladders (jog through)

Flexability

  • 20 Second leg spread stretch
  • 20 second butterfly stretch

Teamwork

  • Showing respect during class

Discipline

  • Standing and sitting still when asked
  • listening carfully
